Founder and CEO
Introducing Leslie Baeckeroot, the Founder and CEO of Luxe House Studio. Leslie favors a boho design style and loves working with color theory. Raised in an environment where creativity thrived, Leslie's talents transcend boundaries. Enjoying multiple mediums such as painting and specialty finishes, interior plantscapes, exterior landscapes, and the glittery world of seasonal event decor, she is able to blend all of these influences at Luxe House Studio. But above all else, her passion is everything about flowers.
Leslie and Camille (see next bio) became flower friends while working together at the MGM Grand Floral Department in 2003.
Leslie's journey then took her to Bellagio where she dedicated 18 years in the Horticulture Department. Through many different roles, she honed her skills and knowledge, culminating in several years as the Floral and Conservatory Manager. During this time she became proficient in every aspect of the floral world; from orchestrating large-scale seasonal displays, to creating bespoke flower arrangements and every size and event in between. The experience of collaborating with clients, executives, and vendors while leading a team of employees, have helped Leslie adapt and grow Luxe House Studio. Now, every interaction presents new opportunities to combine her love for business acumen, efficiency, and the excitement of delivering exactly what the client was dreaming of.
Principal Designer
Meet Camille Lopez, the epitome of floral mastery with a keen focus on floral guidance. Camille favors a modern design style and is a true colorist with an emphasis on shape. With an intuitive understanding of clients’ desires, Camille transforms spaces into captivating botanical realms, weaving stories through petals and stems. Her innovative approach to each floral design elevates every occasion, making her a sought-after visionary in the world of botanical design.
Camille is the principal designer at Luxe House Studio and brings 23 years of experience in the floral industry. Coming from a floral family, Camille's began in boutique shops in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas. She gained additional experience through Subrosa at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas and MGM Grand Floral. Camille then embarked on her journey at Wynn with unwavering dedication, contributing pre-opening enthusiasm and sustaining high engagement for over a decade, which extended seamlessly into the resort's expansion with Encore. Camille brought a level of design, taste and skills of execution that still resonates at Wynn Las Vegas today.
In late 2023, she forged a strategic partnership with Luxe House Studio, uniting experiences with Leslie to elevate the standard of floral design in Las Vegas. This collaboration brings an unparalleled level of custom creativity and problem solving, setting new benchmarks in high-end immersive floral experiences.
Project Manager
Meet HollyAnn Okafor, who is a seasoned floral professional with extensive experience in hospitality management, specializing in overseeing multiple teams at a prestigious high-end resort. With a proven track record of ensuring exceptional service delivery and project management, she excels in optimizing operations and installations to exceed guest expectations.
In her role at Luxe House Studio, HollyAnn effectively manages employee onboarding and training programs, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among the team. Her technical skill set as a floral artisan is bar none as she is able to follow any design style.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection, HollyAnn combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive operational efficiency and elevate client experiences to new heights. Her dedication to quality and service excellence sets the standard in the luxury florals.
